ROBERT H. WILSON, MS, MA
Mr. Wilsons degrees are in Counseling Psychology and Educational Psychology. In the Neshaminy School District (Bucks County, PA), Bob taught Senior Psychology. He was awarded two National Science Foundation grants for curriculum development. In 1985, Bob served as a Team member in the pilot project for development of the Student Assistance Program in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He recently retired from Neshaminy where he served as the Director/District Coordinator for Student Assistance Programs and Assistant to the Superintendent for Special Projects(89-03). He was responsible for planning, operation and supervision of all SAP related activities in the districts 14 buildings; writing and administering grants related to ATOD, MH, Crisis, teen parenting & pregnancy; special projects involving alternative placements & alternatives to suspension; school safety and security; staff inservice & staff development; crisis response; community partnerships and; public relations.
From 1989-2003, Bob served on the PA Department of Educations SAP Advisory Committee and and the PDE Elementary SAP Task force, helping to design the elementary component of student assistance. Bob holds membership in various professional associations and serves as a consultant to numerous agencies and school districts. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of TODAY, Inc., an in-patient and IOP dual-diagnosis treatment center. Upon retirement, Bob started a consulting business Partners for Solutions to help schools and agencies create needed programs and work through difficulties in existing programs designed for at-risk youth, K-12, as well as other school and agency issues in which he has expertise. He is a past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Student Assistance Professionals (PASAP) and represented Neshaminy at two White House Ceremonies (1990 & 1995) recognizing excellence in effective alcohol and other drug prevention and intervention programming. Bob is an experienced trainer and has presented at local, state, regional and national conferences.

BERNARD G. HOFFMAN
Bernard G. Hoffman was a staff member with the Neshaminy School District in Langhorne, Bucks County, PA from 1958 through 1997 (retirement from the District). In his nearly 40 years with the District, he served as classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, administrative assistant to the superintendent, assistant superintendent, supervisor of curriculum & instruction, deputy superintendent and, superintendent. He has been a commissioned officer of the State since 1976. Mr. Hoffman worked closely with students, staff and administrators in his various positions. He is noted for his extensive work with the community, local agencies and the media. In addition to his work with the Neshaminy School District, Mr. Hoffmans experience includes directing a mental health consultation service in the US Army, serving as Chairman of the Bucks County Drug & Alcohol Commission and, member of various national, state and local commissions and boards that focus on education and at risk issues. Significant among his many contributions via these vehicles are: Committee Chair, Bucks County Violence Prevention Task Force; Board Member, National Conference of Communities for Justice; consultant to Pennsylvania Association of Student Assistance Professionals (recipient, Friend of PASAP and Visionary Awards); Chair, Education Committee, Attorney Generals Task Force on Family Violence; National Masonic Foundation for Children; member, Board of Directors, Rotary International; member, Board of Directors, TODAY, Inc. Mr. Hoffman has consulted with universities, public, private and parochial schools, business organizations and corporations throughout the nation and with the US Government on International Education. His areas of consultation include: people problems, Student Assistance Program, application of the law as they pertain to schools, crisis response, crisis team coordination, safe and violence free schools, international schools, school/police relationships, building partnerships, administrative organization & management tasks, at-risk issues, media relationships, community relationships and, essential policy/procedures/guidelines/contracts/job description development and implementation. Additionally, Mr. Hoffman conducts similar workshops for community organizations, agencies, professional organizations and parent groups. Mr. Hoffmans articles in local, state and national publications reflect the topics mentioned above. He has received awards from all levels in the area of people problems, at risk issues, curriculum development, law enforcement, administration, military and mental health. Nationally, programs developed by Mr. Hoffman received the National Drug Free Recognition Award at a White House ceremony in 1990 and again in 1995. During his first year of retirement from the Neshaminy School District (1997), Mr. Hoffman addressed over 10,000 concerned staff and community members. Last year his audience total increased to 30,000. By the end of the 2003-2004 school year, he has spoken to well over 125,000 people. In many cases, his work has continued as consultant and problem solver for a substantial number of that audience. In addition to his work in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mr. Hoffmans expertise has been called upon from every New England and Middle Atlantic state as well as Texas, Illinois, Michigan, New Mexico and Arizona.
